Who uses it. rclone-backup is used only by its owner, Kevin Nathanson (KMN Studios). It has no other users.
What it accesses. It requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. It can read and write only the files and folders it creates. It cannot see any other files in Google Drive.
What it does with data. It uploads encrypted backups of the owner's files to the owner's Google Drive and downloads them for restores. The data is encrypted before upload.
Sharing. No data is collected, sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. No analytics or tracking is used.
Storage of credentials. The Google sign-in token is stored only on the owner's computer.
